A hand pallet wrap dispenser lets you adjust the tension and gives you better control of the hand pallet stretch film when wrapping a pallet. The more tension on the pallet wrap, the better wrap finish you get, thus protecting your goods in transport from weather or dust and stabilising the load in transit. The top of the dispenser acts as a brake mechanism to tighten the film when it comes off the roll, this makes the film stretch, and the more you stretch the film, the better it holds your pallet. We sell dispensers to suit any size hand pallet stretch wrap from the standard 2′”” or 50mm Core to the not-as-common 3″” or 75mm Cores, mainly used for machine wrap cores.
End Plugs are small plastic plugs inserted into the pallet wrap’s ends or cores, allowing the roll to spin in the operator’s hand. End plugs are the cheapest form of a Pallet Stretch Wrap Dispenser; the operator uses their thumb and fingers to act as brake mechanism, applying pressure on the roll to give the stretch wrap tension.
