Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Custom Products: Please note that customised or made-to-order items (such as branded packaging, printed tapes, or custom safety vests) cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
- Incorrect or Damaged Goods: If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our team at sales@carewellgroup.com.au or call +61 0477 123 699 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Ship the product back to our warehouse at:

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, faulty product, etc.).
Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- For large or bulk orders, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
- Carewell Group complies with the Australian Consumer Law, meaning you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure.
