Carewell Group now offers a white label partner program across hi-vis safety vests, water activated tape and CPET food trays: your brand on the product, Carewell’s manufacturing, quality systems and certified standards behind it. This page explains what that actually means, how the partnership works, and what to check before you commit, whether you are an existing distributor adding a private label line, a retailer or ecommerce brand wanting your own-branded range, or starting a product business for the first time.
What white label with Carewell actually means
White label, here, means fully your brand: no Carewell branding appears on the product, the packaging, or in front of your customer. Carewell manufactures to your specification and to our certified manufacturing standards, and the product goes to market under your name. You are not reselling a Carewell-branded product, you are building your own product line on Carewell’s manufacturing base.
This is different from simply buying wholesale stock and putting a sticker on it. A proper white label arrangement involves your product specification, your artwork and packaging, and an ongoing production relationship, not a one-off bulk purchase.
How the partnership works
- Tell us your plan. The first conversation is about your business, not a product catalogue: what you want to sell, who to, and at what scale. This shapes everything that follows, including minimum order quantity and timeline, which are set to fit your plan rather than a fixed number that suits everyone or no one.
- Choose your category and specification. Hi-vis safety vests, water activated tape, or CPET trays, specified to your product, sizing, colours and features rather than a generic stock item.
- Artwork and branding. Your logo, colours and packaging design are applied to the product and its packaging. Carewell carries no branding at any point in this process.
- Sample and approve. You see and approve a real sample before any production run is committed, on your product, not a generic demo.
- Production and quality assurance. Carewell manufactures and quality-checks the run to the certified standards that apply to that product category.
- Dispatch, and reorder. Once you are selling, reordering is a repeat of the specification already agreed, not a fresh negotiation each time.
What Carewell handles, and what stays with you
| Carewell handles | You handle |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing, to your specification and to Carewell’s certified standards | Your brand, packaging design, and product positioning |
| Quality assurance and compliance testing against the relevant standard for the category | Sales, marketing, and your customer relationships |
| Production planning and stock management for your agreed volume | Bringing in the orders and growing the demand for your brand |
| Guidance on specification, sizing, and category-specific requirements | Deciding your pricing, positioning, and target market |
In short, you focus on building and selling your brand. Carewell focuses on manufacturing it properly. Neither side is passive in this: your growth depends on the market you build, and it is a genuine working partnership rather than a hands-off arrangement, we work with you as your volume and product range develop.
Categories available
- Hi-vis safety vests, specified to colour, class, size range and features (ID pockets, pen pockets, tool clips, fan-cooled options). See white label hi-vis safety vests.
- Water activated tape, specified to width, length, grade and print. See white label water activated tape.
- CPET food trays, specified to size, compartment layout and wall height. See white label CPET trays.
Each category page covers what a specification conversation looks like for that product, and what to check before committing to a production run.
Who this suits
- Existing packaging and safety distributors or resellers wanting to add a private label range alongside products they already sell.
- Retailers and ecommerce brands wanting their own-branded product line without setting up manufacturing themselves.
- Someone building a first product business, who wants to bring in orders and grow a brand without also having to solve manufacturing, quality assurance and compliance from scratch. This still requires real work on your side, building demand, managing customers, and running a business, Carewell’s role is to make the manufacturing and compliance side straightforward, not to remove the work of running a business.
Quality and compliance
Every white label product is manufactured to Carewell’s certified quality and environmental management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018) and, where a category has a specific applicable standard, such as AS/NZS 4602.1 for high-visibility garments, to that standard as well. The certification applies to Carewell’s manufacturing, the product itself is built to that standard regardless of whose brand is on it. This means you can market your product honestly as manufactured to these standards, without holding the certification yourself, which is worth being precise about: describe the manufacturing standard the product meets, rather than presenting the certification as something your own business holds.
Minimum order quantity and timelines
Carewell does not publish a single fixed MOQ or turnaround time for white label production, because the right numbers depend on your category, specification and business plan, a small first order to prove a new brand looks very different from a distributor adding a private label line at scale. Talk to our team about your business plan, and we will guide you to an MOQ and a production timeline that actually fits it, then work to industry-standard turnaround from artwork approval to first production run. As your volume grows, so does the arrangement, you grow, we grow.
Why build your brand on Carewell’s manufacturing
The same specification-first approach Carewell uses across its own product ranges carries into white label: length, width and grade specified to the job for tape; colours, sizes and functional features specified to the wearer for hi-vis vests; compartment layout and wall height specified to the product for CPET trays. That matters for a white label brand specifically, a private label range built on generic stock sizing looks and performs like every other private label range on the shelf. One built on a genuine specification conversation can actually differentiate on the product itself, not just the label. Carewell holds Australian stock on core formats, is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and is an APCO member, the same manufacturing base your own brand launches from.
Growing your range over time
Most white label partners start with one product in one category, prove it with a first order, and expand from there, adding sizes, colours or print variations, then moving into a second category once the first is established. This is a deliberate way to start: a smaller first order tests real demand for your brand before you commit to a wider range, and Carewell’s production planning scales with you rather than requiring a large commitment upfront to get started at all. If your plan changes as you learn what sells, tell us, the specification and volume conversation is ongoing, not fixed at the first order.
Getting started
Start with a conversation about your business, not a product order. Tell us the category (or categories) you want, roughly the scale you are starting at and where you expect to be in twelve months, and we will guide you through specification, MOQ and timeline from there.

Frequently asked questions
Will any Carewell branding appear on my product?
No. White label with Carewell means fully your brand, on the product and its packaging, with no Carewell branding visible to your customer.
What is the minimum order quantity for a white label product?
There is no single fixed figure, it depends on the category and your business plan. Carewell works with you to set an MOQ that fits where your business actually is.
Do I need my own manufacturing or quality assurance setup?
No, Carewell manufactures and quality-checks the product to its certified standards. You focus on your brand, sales and customer relationships.
Can I say my product is ISO or AS/NZS certified?
You can accurately describe your product as manufactured to these certified standards. The certification itself belongs to Carewell’s manufacturing, not to your brand.
Is this only for existing distributors, or can I start a brand-new business this way?
Both. Existing distributors and retailers use it to add a private label line; first-time business builders use it to launch a branded product without setting up manufacturing themselves. Either way, building the market for your brand is genuine work on your side.
