How honeycomb paper protects

1. Measure the product at its packed dimensions.
2. Choose a mailer that closes snugly over the product. Honeycomb protects best when it is in contact with the item, not when the item rattles inside.
3. For fragile items, add a wrap layer of honeycomb paper around the product before it goes in the mailer, so there are overlapping layers at the corners.
4. Seal firmly along the full self-seal strip and press the tear-strip flat.
5. Keep two or three sizes to cover a typical range; too many slows the bench.
6. Ship-test through your real carrier before switching a whole product line.
